Payment & delivery
Clear before
you commit.
The written offer sets out the products, the total and the delivery period for your order. These conditions explain what happens before and after it.
are set out on your proforma.
Your order stage
Payment, in context.
Practice orders and wholesale have different payment conditions.
Paid in advance.
The first three practice orders are paid in full by bank transfer to the company account on the proforma. I place the order after the full amount has been credited. Payments in instalments are not offered.
Minimum practice order: 10 products, which may be mixed.
Fourteen-day terms.
From the fourth practice order, provided earlier invoices have been paid on time, payment is due within 14 calendar days of the invoice issued on dispatch. The credit limit equals the largest single order already paid in full; any excess is paid in advance.
Overdue payments may pause further orders. Conditions for withdrawal of terms are in clauses 12 and 13.
Quoted separately. Paid in advance.
Wholesale orders start at €2,500 of products and are paid in full in advance. Freight, delivery and the accepted resale route are specified for the order. Practice credit terms do not apply.
Read wholesale conditionsThe sequence
From request to receipt.
- 01
Request
Send references, quantities and delivery country. Professional eligibility is checked before a first delivery.
- 02
Written availability
I confirm the supplying operator’s written availability before issuing a proforma.
- 03
Proforma and payment
The proforma is valid for 7 days unless it states otherwise. It records the exact goods, shipping, payment term and expected delivery period.
- 04
Dispatch
The supplying operator sends the goods by tracked courier. You receive tracking when dispatch is confirmed.
- 05
Receipt
Check the manufacturer’s packaging and the goods. Risk passes on delivery, and the practice then stores the products as instructed.
Practice orders
Shipping and destinations.
Wholesale freight is quoted separately.
Standard delivery is included. Swiss customs clearance, import taxes and other destination charges are separate and confirmed before ordering.
Prices are confirmed in writing before an order. The amount payable is recorded on the proforma.

The delivery period
A date for
your order.
For most references, the expected period is within 14 days from payment for an advance order. Some products take up to three weeks, occasionally longer. The applicable period is stated before you pay.
If a delay occurs, I tell you before the expected delivery period ends. A new deadline is agreed in writing; it is not treated as accepted merely because it is proposed.
The right handling
Tracked transport, packaging suited to the product and temperature control where the manufacturer requires it. Goods are delivered to the business address stated on the proforma.
Swiss deliveries
Switzerland has its own customs and medical-device requirements. Customs import responsibilities, the applicable regulatory route and any import VAT or carrier charges are clarified for the product and order. EU availability alone does not establish Swiss eligibility.
If the order changes
A clear route
when something goes wrong.
The order cannot be completed
Everything paid is returned to the original account within 30 calendar days, with no deduction.
Where non-delivery results from a failure on my side as defined in clause 19, a further 10% is paid within the same period. This is not automatic compensation for every supplier delay or cancellation.
You no longer wish to proceed
Write before dispatch. The refund follows clause 19, less any cost already incurred and documented. Once the goods have been dispatched, the order stands subject to the rights in the General Terms.
If delivery is more than 30 days beyond the expected period, clause 15 provides a cancellation route. Any separately agreed remedy is recorded in writing.
Damage, an error or a concern
Report damaged, incomplete or incorrect goods within 48 hours, with photographs of the goods and packaging. I raise the issue with the supply partner and arrange a replacement or refund.
Devices are not accepted back for resale. Shelf-life, authenticity and other applicable claims are addressed in clauses 14, 18, 19 and 22.
Twelve months of shelf life
Dated consumables are supplied with at least 12 months remaining on delivery. If a unit has less, clause 14 allows a return within 14 days and a full refund with documented return postage. Any product-specific condition must be stated before the order.
